Refund Policy

This policy explains how to request refunds for VPNTake subscription services and how payments are verified. Submit your request from your payment account so the order can be checked, the outcome explained, and a record of the correspondence kept. Read this policy together with the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

Application Window and Refund Scope

You may request a full refund without giving a reason within 7 days of your first payment. The window is verified against the first successfully paid order in your account; the ticket timestamp determines when your request was submitted. You do not need to explain why you are dissatisfied, and troubleshooting your connection is not a prerequisite for processing an eligible request.

Identify the order you want processed in your request. If you have multiple payments, plan upgrades, or data plan orders, specify each one separately to avoid combining different transactions. This commitment starts with your first payment; a later payment or upgrade does not restart the refund window.

Eligibility and Verification

You may submit a request within the window above if the service does not meet your expectations, you have difficulty configuring a device, or you no longer need the service. You do not need to keep using your data to request a refund. Normal connection use or a trial does not, by itself, justify denying a request covered by this commitment.

Orders outside the application window are not covered by the refund-without-reason commitment above. If a payment was duplicated, the amount appears incorrect, or the order status does not match, submit the transaction record for a separate review. This review does not guarantee a refund in advance. Do not try to fix an order by making another payment.

This policy does not set a data-usage threshold that automatically disqualifies a refund. If there is an issue with usage records, account conduct, or a payment dispute, the specific order and facts should be reviewed, with the basis for the decision explained in the ticket. A general label alone is not an adequate explanation. Requests with forged proof or orders belonging to someone else will not be processed. Account actions are handled separately under the Terms of Service.

How to Apply and What to Include

Log in to the user panel and check the order and payment status, then submit your request through the ticket portal. Include the order ID, payment date and time, amount paid, and payment method, and specify the order you want refunded. You do not need to explain your reason for requesting a refund.

If your payment succeeded but the order is not shown, you may attach the payment platform's transaction record or transaction ID. Redact unrelated personal information from screenshots and include only what is needed to match the payment. Do not send your account password, full subscription link, payment PIN, or wallet private key.

If more information is needed, reply in the original ticket to keep the record in one place. No email address is required; the ticket in your account is where you can submit and track your request. Keep the order page and processing replies until you have confirmed receipt of the refund.

Refunds to the Original Payment Method

Supported payment methods are Alipay / WeChat / USDT. Refunds are generally sent to the original payment source, not to an account unrelated to the transaction. For Alipay and WeChat orders, the original payment record is matched first, then the available refund route for that payment channel is used.

USDT transfers work differently from conventional payment channels and cannot be refunded simply by reversing the original transaction. The original transaction, network used, and receiving address must be verified in the ticket. Any difference involving the refund amount, network fees, or other details must be explained and confirmed first; no fixed fee or exchange rate is assumed. Do not send additional funds to an address that has not been verified.

Checking Refund Status and Next Steps

Request acceptance, refund initiation, and receipt of funds are separate statuses. The time to receive funds depends on order verification, payment channel processing, or on-chain confirmation; this policy does not promise a fixed timeframe. Check the ticket replies and the actual record from the original payment channel. Do not assume funds have been returned based only on the order status.

If you have received confirmation that a refund was initiated but the funds have not arrived, reply in the original ticket with the current transaction status and request a follow-up. Any changes to plan benefits, data, or account status related to the refund should be explained with the outcome. Being able to log in does not mean the paid benefits remain active.

If you disagree with the outcome, raise specific questions and provide supporting documents in the original ticket. For connection guidance, see the FAQ. Help content does not replace a refund request or extend the application window.
